Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel, reschedule, or postpone a mediation, you must provide written notice. No cancellation fee will be charged if the change is made more than 7 calendar days before the scheduled mediation date.

If the mediation is cancelled, rescheduled, or postponed within 7 days but more than 2 days before the scheduled date, a fee equal to 50% of the mediator’s fee, plus any non-refundable costs, will be charged.

If the cancellation, rescheduling, or postponement occurs within 1 day of the scheduled mediation date, the full mediator’s fee, along with any non-refundable costs, will be due.

Unless agreed otherwise, both parties are responsible for paying half of the mediator’s fee in the event of a cancellation.
